CusTray lets you design custom 3D-printable trays and organizers, sized to your own printer's build plate and nozzle diameter, and export print-ready files (3MF). CusTray is download only - we do not print or ship physical items to you. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the service.
Access to design generation and export is provided through a monthly subscription plan with a design allowance, billed in advance - see the Pricing page for current plans, upgrade/downgrade timing, and rollover terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; unused designs roll over up to one extra month's worth of your own plan's allowance. You can cancel at any time from your account - cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Starter and Pro grant you a license to use the files you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes (printing for your own use). Selling physical items printed from your CusTray designs requires the Enterprise plan, which includes the Commercial License.
You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to bypass build-plate size limits or plan-based feature restrictions, generating designs for any unlawful purpose, uploading or transmitting malicious code, attempting to interfere with or circumvent the security of the service, or reselling access to your account.
We check every generated design against the printer settings you provide before export. This check is based on the dimensions you enter - it does not verify your printer's calibration, your slicer settings, or the structural suitability of any printed part for a particular use. Print results and structural performance are your responsibility.
The CusTray software, website and generation engine remain our property. Designs you create using your own dimensions and layout choices are yours, subject to the license terms above.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we make no warranty that generated files will be fit for any particular purpose beyond fitting the printer dimensions you provided. Use of the service is at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Files you've already generated and downloaded remain yours to keep under the license in Section 3 - termination stops future access to the service, it doesn't revoke files you already have.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or lost profits, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, superseding any prior agreements or communications on the subject.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the service after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms should be sent to support@custray.com.
