Separate Trays generates multiple individual trays that each print on their own and get arranged in a drawer by you afterwards - each tray only has to fit your build plate on its own. Fused Trays generates one single piece with multiple compartments built in, printed in one go - no assembly, but the whole piece has to fit your build plate at once.
You set your nozzle diameter and build plate width, depth and max print height once. Every design is checked against those numbers on our server before it's generated - anything too large is rejected with a clear message instead of being handed to you broken.
It sets your wall thickness automatically - enough 3D-printed wall passes at your nozzle size to reach a firm wall as close to 2mm as that width allows, never less than 1.8mm. A 0.6mm nozzle lands on 3 passes (1.8mm, closer to 2mm than 4 passes at 2.4mm would be); other nozzle sizes use however many passes get them there. You don't need to work out wall thickness yourself.

No - CusTray is download only. You get print-ready files and print them yourself, or have them printed locally.
